I may have confused people by removing 'Ian' but all his family and friends knew him as Alistair!
Alistair Dixon (Ali),died 7th May 2008,aged 43 years.Worked in the textile industry at Stead McAlpin in Carlisle for 27 years.We were married for 18years and had no family.He passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. He was my best friend and would do anything for anybody.He was an avid Chelsea supporter who would go to the pub to watch the matches when they were televised.

Last night we held a Charity Night in you memory,and what a night it was! We had a signed Chelsea shirt which you would have loved and that alone raised alot of money.We all had a good laugh and you would have been aswell!
